Who writes these
I’m David Eldridge. For thirty years I’ve built and fixed the systems businesses actually run on — in construction, pharma, ports, aviation, finance and healthcare — usually sponsored directly by the CEO, CFO or owner.
These documents are the working record of that: the builds I’ve done for CDev, written down so they hold up in daily use and so the next one starts further along. If something here is useful to you, that’s the point.
